Finished reading: The Future Library: A Tor.com Original by Peng Shepherd. A compelling fictional novella that riffs off of the future of a very real project. A commentary on climate change and human nature. A quick fun read.📚

It’s kind of sad watching Instagram trying so hard to be TikTok with every update and iteration. Like someone trying so hard to be someone they’re not.

Finished reading: The Suitcase Clone by Robin Sloan — A fast paced novella that bridges the world of Mr. Penumbra’s 24-Hour Bookstore to Sourdough. Like all of Robin’s work, the writing is nimble and engaging and the story and characters fun. A satisfying quick read.📚

Finished reading: How to Break Up with Your Phone by Catherine Price 📚— If you are already on board with the “why” behind this book, you can skip the first half and go straight to the second half and start the realistic and actionable break up plan. That plan starts with putting a date on your calendar to begin the process which I’ve done. I’ll try to remember to update this once I do and tell you how it goes.
