Travelogue: Spring Break 2022 Day 1:

We are the family that sits around in the library together and plays favorite selections from musicals for each other while getting work done. (Currently, Beatrix is playing “I can do better than that” from The Last 5 Years).

We are one week away from our trip to drive up the California coast from LA to SFO with plenty of overnight stops along the way.

I have to say, @manton’s Indie Microblogging book draft is really great. Reads like a manifesto. Full of “Hell Yeah!” ideas.

Also, love the idea of a book about the blog being able to be read on a blog.

Finished reading: Subdivision by J. Robert Lennon 📚

Another weird and wonderful book from one of my favorite authors.

Nerds: Looking for a good, dead simple, burner email address tool. Needs replies forwarded to real address.

Use case: Client is a sales/marketing consultant for major hospitality companies and needs a way to “secret shop” properties without them seeing who it is.
