Finished reading: Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara 📚— A fascinating and inspiring read from the former head of Eleven Madison Park. Especially enjoyable if you’re familiar with the Michelin Star restaurant scene in general. That said, the themes resonate for anyone in the service industry even if you may not consider your business a service business (maybe you should).
